I was racially profiled through the store by the owner.
Been going there for years and owner shows up being rude. Not cool.
The shelves look very nice and the store is set up very well.
Some of the prices could be lower, but for the most part they are okay. I liked this store a LOT better when it was an IGA store - years and years back. The store's quality had been lacking since they changed over. I used to work here back in the day, so I fully know what it used to be like - therefore when I compared it to yesteryear I'm not just and simply being smoke. I miss the old employees that left here, they were really fine employees (and for the most part they were really great persons). I miss the old deli that was there. It's just not the same... So I choose not to shop there much at all. It's gone downhill in a lot of ways.
I feel terrible having to leave such a low grade for this store. And that bothers me because of how great those two bosses, of my five bosses there were; but time has gone by, many many years have passed and things just aren't the same there - and sometimes change isn't for the better when looking back at it with 20/20 hindsight.
The bathroom is upstairs.not not handicap accessible.painfull on ny knees .
I wish then the best of luck and I hope that things will turn around for the better there because it could be so much more than what it is, and if and when that day comes...I will be very happy for them.
I also miss his older brother, Bob Keckler (may he rest in blessed peace), he too was a wonderful boss and person.
But I will say this, Jim A. Keckler (one of the store's owners) is one of the VERY best bosses that I've EVER had. He is kind, caring, and unbelievably wonderful to work with and for. I would choose to work with him over so many other persons. I respect this man to this very day for how he treated me when I was just a very young adult.
